Day 1
Arrival, are picked up by our representatives and driven to Heron Hotel/ Boulevard hotel for overnight.
Day 2: Masai Ostrich farm After breakfast, take a Nairobi city tour and after, leave for Masai Ostrich farm on the outskirts of Nairobi- just the perfect excursion on this day. Depart for Kitengela Ostrich farm by road in time for lunch. Have sumptuous assortment of Ostrich meat and vegetables after which you will have the opportunity to have Ostrich rides with a guide. An excursion in the Ostrich farm will climax your Ostrich tour and leave for Nairobi arriving evening in time for dinner and overnight at Heron Hotel/ Boulevard hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Masai Mara Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive down the escarpment via the floor of the Great Rift Valley, to arrive at Maasai Mara Game Reserve in time for an afternoon game drive. Lunch en-route. The open grasslands of the Serengeti- Mara are home to over 3 million large mammals. These include over 1.4 million wildebeest, which migrate in an enormous, straggling herd each year between the southern parts of the Serengeti to the northern part and back again. Evening game drives in the Masai Mara; we have a very good chance of seeing all the major plains animals including lion, leopard, buffalo, elephant, rhino, hyena, cheetah, jackal, warthog and many species of antelope. In this area we also encounter and learn about the Masai, a proud tribal people struggling to preserve their traditions in the face of modernization. Dinner and overnight at Mara Springs ensuite camp or similar.
Day 4: Masai Mara Breakfast and spend the day on game drives in Masai Mara. Lunch at the hippo pool. Dinner and overnight at Mara Springs ensuite camp or similar.
Day 5: Mara – Nakuru- Menengai crater Breakfast, are picked up and driven to Nakuru in time for lunch from Waterbuck hotel. After lunch, leave for Menengai crater, a major volcanic crater in the East African Rift. Return to Nakuru, dinner and overnight at Waterbuck/ Midlands/ Stem hotel.
Day 6: Lake Nakuru Breakfast and leave for Lake Nakuru park on game drives. The park has prolific bird life including flamingos, white pelicans and the marabou stock among others. Waterbuck and Cape buffalo can be seen near the shoreline. Rothschild’s giraffe and the white rhino are additional attractions among other species of plains game and cats like lion. Late lunch, Dinner and Overnight at a Waterbuck hotel/ Stem.
Day 7: Lake Naivasha Depart for Naivasha along the Great Rift Valley and take walks at Hell’s Gate. Hells’ Gate is a mellow little park with incredible geology near Lake Naivasha. A great thing about the park is that you can hike around on foot. There are few to no major predators here, which are actually good, because it’s one of the few parks where you have the feeling of being very close to the wildlife, unprotected by a vehicle. It gives you a genuine experience and you can have several days of fun in this park. Attractions include Fischer’s Tower, Central Tower, Obsidian Caves, OlKaria Geothermal Station, and the Hell’s Gate Gorge. It’s a long walk from Elsa Gate to Central Tower at the end of the park and back. Lunch from Kenvash hotel or similar and after, proceed to Nairobi in time for dinner and overnight at Flora guest house/ Boulevard hotel/ Heron.

Lake nakuru
Day 8: Tsavo west/Nairobi Breakfast and leave for Tsavo West National Park, lunch on arrival from Ngulia tented camp. You will visit the Shaitani Lava flows as the area where the park lies is volcanic origin. The Mzima Springs which contain 20 million tones of crystal – clear water from the underground streams of the nearby Chyulu Hills are an additional attraction, various aspects of marine life including hippos, crocodile and fish can be seen from the specially constructed underground glass tank. The animal species seen at Tsavo are hippos, crocodiles and fish can be seen from the specially constructed underground glass tank. Lunch, Dinner and Overnight at Ngulia tented Camp. Lunch will be taken enroute to Nairobi, arriving in the evening followed by a transfer to JKI airport to fly back home.
